In May of 2023, Flourish Interiors will proudly move into our new, custom designed office and warehouse space. This beautiful new space will boast an 8000 square foot temperature controlled warehouse, a 2 story office space, and a design showroom. Just minutes from the University of Notre Dame and also conveniently located near the Grape Rd corridor, this new HQ is the perfect location for our business to grow and…FLOURISH! Just blocks from the campus of Notre Dame, and nestled between Eddy Square and downtown South Bend, lies the site of the new and anticipated Eddy Square townhomes. This project is being converted from for lease apartments to for sale condos/townhomes and Flourish Interiors has been retained to design the remodel AND help buyers furnish and set up their units.

Starting in May and extending through October, the shores along Lake Michigan seem to transform into a midwestern version of “The Hamptons”. City weary families from Chicago, South Bend, and elsewhere escape into the paradise of Harbor Country. Wineries, boating, boutiques, galleries and fine dining await. As a result lake homes are a must have and Flourish Interiors specializes in designing and appointing these luxury properties.
