Here come the Irish of Notre Dame!!!!! Who is excited for Notre Dame Football to be back?! Being just a few miles from campus, we can feel the anticipation in the air and sometimes even hear the marching band practice! While we offer traditional interior design services for the general area, many of our projects are ones around the Notre Dame campus. In addition to designing and setting up these near campus properties, we also offer concierge! Our clients routinely use us to prepare for guests staying, arrange for house cleaning, and prep for tailgates. When we say we are full service....we mean it! Below is a more detailed list of the ways we can help design, furnish, set up/stock, and offer concierge for your near Notre Dame home:
Remodeling Design : if you purchased a fixer upper in South Bend, Indiana and do not know where to begin to make it updated and comfortable for your family…then you have come to the right place. Flourish Interiors is equipped to help curate remodeling selections, floor plans, contractor scope of work, timelines, renderings, and much more! We also offer project management services to oversee the remodeling phase, especially if you are out of town.
New Construction Selections: Are you building in or near South Bend? We offer help with picking out all materials and designing unique interiors. We can work with your builder of choice, and we also have a great relationship with Irish Custom Homes…so if you are looking for a local builder we highly recommend them! In this scenario we also are happy to work with a variety of budgets. One time mood board curation or consultations can be fast and affordable. We also offer fully custom design services, as well as many levels in between.
Window Treatments: You may need blinds, drapes, or shades…we’ve got you covered!
Furniture Layouts/Space Planning: We offer consulting services on making the most of your space, with creating conceptual furnishing layouts. These layouts provide you with a road map to shop for properly scaled furnishings, and all while knowing where and how to place the furniture!
Custom Interior Design: If you have a vanilla condo or townhome and want to make it POP, then we would love to help! We love coming into a blank envelope, and suggesting wallpaper, new light fixtures, furnishings, decor and more to make your space special.
Property Stocking: If you have bought a home away from home here in South Bend Indiana (or NW IN or SW MI), and it seems daunting to think about sourcing, ordering, tracking, receiving, and organizing all the functional items you will need for your new home…Flourish Interiors is the solution! We have comprehensive checklists to make sure your home is full stocked and ready for your stays….and we do the work for you!
Styling: If you have a home and plenty of furnishings but it’s just not coming together the way you envisioned, then we can help! We would love to come in and style for you!
Concierge: For our clients, we offer ongoing concierge. Over time, our clients have been so pleased with our services and so thankful for our knowledge of the area, that we are often retained to help with a variety of concierge needs including but not limited to; freshening up decor and style in a unit between stays, replacing a few decor items at a time as they age or wear, arranging for food/flowers/catering/cleaning/property maintenance/carpet cleaning/pest control etc, shipping items to and from the secondary property and much more!
